S80 Federal License Denial - Request

 

Purposes:

 

This screen allows MIMS users to issue a warning of possible federal license denial to the debtor.

 

1.        MIMS user must have applicable security authorization to view files.

            The following groups have access to this panel:

 

·         Call Center Agent

·         Collection Agents (RGPU, File Intervention, Compliance 4)

·         Compliance 5 Agent

·         MEP Senior Management

·         MIMS

·         ISO Agent

·         SIU Agent

·         System Administrator

 

Helpful Hints:

·         Must be a QB order.

Letters:

·         L51 – Federal Restrictions Warning

 

Procedure:

 

1.       Enter the desired MEP file number into the field labeled ‘File Number’ and then click the ‘Get’ button to retrieve the file.

2.       Enter your remarks regarding the warning.

3.       Click the ‘Request’ button to finalize the process. The system sends a warning letter to the debtor regarding the federal license denial.
